Yes. Our main product lines carry CE and RoHS compliance, and our factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Certificate copies are available on our Downloads page, and we can provide them with your shipment or on request for your customs clearance.

All Electrical World instruments come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a unit fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will repair or replace it. We also provide technical support by email for troubleshooting and calibration questions.
