Yes — OEM / ODM is a core part of our factory. We can print your logo on the meter body, customize the packaging and instruction manual, adjust measurement ranges and specs for your market, and even develop special test tools. Just send us your requirements and target quantity for a quotation.

Of course. Our factory is at Building 6, No.1 Hongjin Road, Daizhai Village, Tengqiao Town, Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China — about 40 minutes from Wenzhou South Railway Station. We are happy to host distributors and OEM partners, show you the production line, and discuss long-term cooperation face to face. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

For our standard catalog models, the MOQ is 100 units per model. If you are just testing the market, we can start with a sample order of 2–5 units so you can verify quality first. For OEM / ODM projects the MOQ depends on the customization — custom logo printing starts from 300 units, while full custom packaging or custom ranges are quoted per project.

Yes. We send samples to new partners so you can check the build quality and specs before committing. Samples are shipped by express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) and usually arrive within 3–7 working days. The sample cost is refundable from your first bulk order of the same model.

For bulk orders we commonly accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight for larger amounts. For sample orders, PayPal or T/T in full is fine. We can also discuss other arrangements for long-term partners.

In-stock catalog models ship within 3–7 days after payment. For OEM / ODM orders, lead time is 15–30 days depending on the customization (logo, packaging, or custom specs). We always confirm the exact lead time on the quotation so there are no surprises.

Yes. Our main product lines carry CE and RoHS compliance, and our factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. CE and RoHS certificate copies are available on our Downloads page; full documentation can be provided with your shipment or on request for your customs clearance.

All CHINYOO instruments come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a unit fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will repair or replace it. We also provide technical support by email for troubleshooting and calibration questions.

It depends on what your customers will measure.
