Our Warranty
All Electrical World instruments are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. If a unit fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects and faulty components;
- Malfunction under normal, intended use;
- Issues reported to us within the warranty period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents;
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification;
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. test leads, probes);
- Damage caused by input overload outside the rated range;
- Batteries and consumable parts.
Returns & Rework
For defective units, please contact us with the model, serial number, and a description of the fault. We will advise on the fastest solution: in many cases a replacement is shipped immediately. For quality disputes on bulk orders, we follow our contract terms agreed at quotation time; we are always willing to negotiate a fair solution for long-term partners.

- Your order/invoice number;
- The affected model and quantity;
- A short description of the problem.
We reply within 24 hours (working days) with a resolution plan.
