FAQs
Should I stock infrared thermometers or contact probe thermometers?
Think first about what your customers measure most. Infrared models suit fast, no-contact surface checks like motors, food, or air vents, with nothing to clean between readings. Contact and K-type models suit readings where a probe matters, like liquids or inside equipment, and many technicians already own thermocouple probes. Most buyers stock one of each, and we can quote mixed loads so you cover both.
Which CHINYOO temperature model should I offer for which application?
Match the model to the job. HTC-2 and HTC-1 are compact thermometer-hygrometers for rooms, storage, and greenhouses, with a -10°C to +50°C range, 10-99% RH, 0.1°C resolution, ±2°C accuracy, alarm, and MAX/MIN. HT9269 reads several K-type thermocouple probes on one display, so it suits labs and maintenance teams that need multiple readings at once. GM320 is an infrared unit for fast surface checks, while HS-1, XT101, and XT300 cover general temperature meter needs. Full ranges and specs for every model are in the specifications table.
Can I get samples first, and what are the MOQ and OEM options for the temperature line?
Yes, samples are available before you commit, so your team can verify a unit against your own work. MOQ for the temperature line is modest and negotiable per model, and mixed-model first orders are welcome. We also run OEM and private label, with your logo, packaging, and labeling handled at our Wenzhou factory. Tell us the models and quantities you plan, and we will send a sample quote with wholesale pricing.
What are the lead times, shipping options, and CE RoHS certification for the temperature line?
Lead time depends on quantity and stock, and we confirm a concrete date in your written quote so there are no surprises. We ship by courier for samples and small orders, and by sea or air freight for bulk. The temperature line carries CE and RoHS certification, and we include the certificate documents as proof with each order. Send the models and destination, and we will reply with lead time, freight options, and certificate copies.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
We serve both small trial orders and container-scale wholesale. Tell us the models and quantity you need, and our sales team will reply with pricing and lead time within 24 hours.
Do you support OEM/ODM with our own brand?
Yes. As a factory founded in 2008, we offer OEM/ODM services including custom labels, packaging and adjustable measuring ranges. Send us your specifications and we will handle the rest.
What certifications do your instruments have?
Our instruments are CE, RoHS and ISO 9001 compliant, and we can provide the relevant certificates on request.
What is your warranty?
Every instrument ships with a 12-month warranty. If a unit is defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
How do you ship orders, and what is the lead time?
Orders ship from our factory in Wenzhou, and we can arrange FOB Wenzhou or FOB Ningbo, whichever suits your freight forwarder best. For sea freight we pack into cartons and pallets sized for a 20ft or 40ft container, and for small or urgent orders we ship by air or express. In-stock catalog models ship within 3 to 7 days after payment, while OEM orders with custom branding take 15 to 30 days depending on the work.
What are your payment terms?
For bulk orders we work on T/T bank transfer with a 30% deposit to confirm production and the 70% balance before shipment. For larger amounts we also accept L/C at sight. For sample orders we take PayPal or full T/T in advance, so your first test order stays simple.
Can I get samples to evaluate before ordering in bulk?
Yes, we encourage a sample order before you commit to bulk, so you can check build quality and calibration yourself. Samples are sent by express and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days, and we refund the sample cost from your first bulk order of the same model. Just send us the models you want through the contact form or email, and we will quote the sample and ship on payment.
What export documents do you provide for customs clearance?
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment, plus CE and RoHS certificates and test reports when needed. Our export team prepares the documents to match your country's customs requirements and can amend them if your forwarder requests changes. The documents are sent by email ahead of the goods, so clearance at your port is not delayed.
